“In all the stay was comfortable and fine. I think the staff need to be better trained.”

We always like the cleanliness of spark hotels. The staff wasn't as attentive to it's guests as we are accustomed to at other spark hotels. The staff didn't replenish or be trained correctly to know where certain oods were which needed to be restocked. There were several times when there was no one at the front desk when we needed to ask for things to be restocked or for extra towels

“A place to stay along the way.”

Clean and bright room. Everything worked well. Nice breakfast. There was missing sound insulation at the bottom of the pas door to the next room so our neighbor's noise was rather loud

“Over priced for what you get.”

The bed was decent and the water in the shower got hot. The staff that checked me in was friendly. The room was tiny and the walls are paper thin. There were black flecks in the water, too few towels, and no conditioner. The breakfast has barely any protein. The orange juice and apple juice both are so watered down that they taste bad
