The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to everything. The property itself is well‑kept and beautifully designed, the atrium is stunning, the rooms look amazing, the bathrooms are spacious with modern, clean, and attractive fixtures, hot water pressure is excellent, and both cleanliness and maintenance are superb. The staff are friendly and helpful. A great hotel—we’ll be back.

This boutique hotel is gorgeous and in a superb spot; I recommend it for anyone who wants to sleep in peace, enjoy luxurious surroundings, recharge with a fitness area, and have a tasty breakfast in a charming patio. The staff are wonderfully helpful. The room isn’t just a typical hotel room; it’s a small studio in a beautiful townhouse. I recommend it.

The parking and front‑desk staff were flawless; a hotel boy met me at the entrance and immediately offered to help with my luggage, making the whole process smooth and professional. The reception was equally impressive—check‑in took literally a moment, and the receptionist quickly handed me the keys to a truly large, spacious, and comfortable room. From the moment I arrived I could feel the standard and level of service expected from a hotel of this class. The restaurant staff, especially at breakfast, left a very bad impression. Several times people approached me to confirm that I was a hotel guest and that breakfast was included. Repeated checks made me feel surrounded and very uncomfortable; such situations should never happen at a hotel of this caliber. The dinner service was just as poor. I waited over 40 minutes for a menu and for a waiter to appear. I wasn’t the only one—other guests, frustrated by the lack of attention, gave up after about 15 minutes of waiting for a menu and the chance to place an order. The whole experience felt like a big organizational chaos and was clearly below the standard one would expect from a hotel in this category.

The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the inner atrium. The breakfast is opulent.
