The accommodation is top‑quality, the staff are super friendly, the whole hotel is clean, the room was large and very tidy with daily replenishment of amenities and towel changes, there is a worthwhile female onsen, the hotel connects to the subway and also to supermarkets and a shopping mall, a Lawson is on the next street and a 7‑Eleven is at the train station.

The breakfast was luxurious, the station was close, there was a free minibar and other amenities. The freezer was missing.

The staff were friendly, we didn’t know their language very well but we could communicate well enough in English. The place was clean and really close and easy to access from Yamashina station. Nothing was wrong, everything was good.

JR/京阪電車から地下道で直結、地下鉄は目の前という最高のロケーションでありながら、喧騒を感じさせない静かで落ち着いたホテル。 スタッフの対応もとても丁寧だし、お部屋のアメニティも充実（然も、毎日補充してくれる）、サービスも行き届いていた。 また、朝食（特に和食）は驚く程に種類が豊富で、とても美味しく、非常に満足。 全てに於いて高評価で、快適に過ごす事が出来た。. 唯一の難点と言えば、お部屋に冷蔵庫がなかった事。 勿論、保冷庫があるので充分に機能は果たしてくれるのだが、やはり出来れば冷蔵庫の方が有り難かったかもしれない。
