The house was comfortable with a cozy room, the setting was quiet and calming, and the staff were friendly, greeted us, showed us around, and made us feel welcome; nothing else stood out, and the drive to Yosemite National Park was a bit long but not a problem.

The property was exceptional, located near the Western entrance to Yosemite Park, and it felt quiet, peaceful, and comfortable.

The place sits only 19 miles from Yosemite, but the drive takes longer than the 20 minutes I expected because coming from Texas where roads are flat and straight, so plan at least 45 minutes to an hour to reach the park entrance, which lies some distance inside the park boundary. The B&B’s setting is gorgeous, and we were close to a small grocery store where we grabbed picnic supplies. When we wanted an early start, the host prepared tasty to-go breakfasts that we picked up from the fridge as we left. The dine‑in breakfasts were beautifully presented, delicious, and generous in portion. The only downside is that some of the antique chairs, while charming additions to the decor, weren’t very comfortable to sit on.

It was a very pretty, well‑maintained place with friendly hosts and a very tasty breakfast! Great location! Nothing to complain about.
