The room was lovely, close to the station, and the garden is nice. The lake view is the best. It’s unavoidable that the train on the tracks wakes you up at night.

alles tip top und sauber. Parkplätze sind limitiert, jedoch gibt es einen Ausweichparkplatz, den mir eine Angestellte netterweise gezeigt hat. Die Klimaanlage lief fast geräuschlos. Bei offenem Fenster hört man doch den Zug. vielleicht sollte man einen Parkplatz vor dem Eingang für Ab- und Anreisende reservieren. Das würde es mit dem Gepäck einfacher machen. Ansonsten alles super. Mein Lieblingshotel in Lugano, direkt am Bahnhof und doch eine Oase

Man merkt, dass gespart werden muss. keine Brotkörbchen mehr, nur noch kleine Teller, kein Brotmesser mit Brett für das aufscneiden von Brötchen
