The stay at Fijnbosch Game Lodge, with excellent care from Chris, will stay with us forever, especially the amazing dinner that was the highlight of our trip; we even got to watch Chris check on the animals in the reserve and stand beside the giraffes—thanks for that experience!

Chris is an incredibly good and attentive host; both dinner and breakfast were superb, and you can relax while getting to know the lodge’s animals, which shows they’ve never had bad experiences with people.

Chris was an exceptional host; we felt like we were in our own private villa. Everything we asked for was provided, even with two kids under three. The rooms were roomy, the pool and shared area were lovely, and the game drive was a nice bonus. I’d return anytime!

Chris is a one‑of‑a‑kind host who went out of his way to make me and my guests feel welcomed; no request was too big. I brought friends for a braai that Chris prepared, and everyone was amazed by his hospitality and the fantastic food. The beds are super comfy, and the rooms are air‑conditioned.
