The location and the warmth of the staff, but they charge in dollars and sometimes there’s no English‑speaking staff, and we’re in Costa Rica.

“Great deal for Jaco”

The location and air conditioning and room size were good. But a lot of red ants, a Palestine flag with no Israeli flag, feels offensive and a harsh political statement from a hotel that serves people. As a Jewish person it made me feel scared/unsafe around those shared areas with the flag.
