“price is higher”
I was really looking forward to my stay, but things didn't quite go as planned. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that the price would be higher than what I'd booked online. I refused to pay the extra, and the receptionist called his boss. The boss basically told me to leave if I didn't want to pay more, which was pretty unhelpful. Luckily, my phone battery was running low, so I just started walking around and ended up checking out a few other hotels in the area.
