“Tranquilidad”

The location is good and the pool is perfect for a refresher. Things to improve: there are no mosquito nets, which is essential in the countryside; we found a huge spider the night we arrived and various flying insects. The room needs an air‑conditioner because there is only a ceiling fan, and the portable air‑con in the lounge doesn’t cool enough for the August heat. The neighbors next door had a dog that barked constantly and could be heard from our little house, which was a bit annoying.

The facilities with the pool were fine. The furniture was bad; a bed broke, and we ran out of water on the last day.

“Cortijo en Cabo de Gata increíble”

We spent an amazing weekend at La Risca estate. We stayed in a newly renovated apartment with a very nice design, and the exterior looked like a dream. In summer we’ll definitely come back to try the pool. Every cottage on the estate has its own terrace, relaxation area, and private pool, so you can eat out, read on your sun lounger, or do whatever you want in complete privacy. They also have a garden from which you can pick seasonal vegetables for a salad, for example. The place is in the center and is equidistant from any of the beautiful beaches of Cabo de Gata, making it an ideal base camp to explore the area, and the grounds themselves are beautiful. We’ll return in summer to enjoy it to the fullest. Everything was perfect.
