I stayed at this hotel and was very pleased. The property is welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. The location is convenient for exploring the city and moving around. Overall, I had a great experience and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in New York; I’ll definitely return! 😊

They didn’t know much when asked and were not very helpful.

Nothing positive. It was dirty and the staff were rude.

The staff were okay, but the rooms were never cleaned, they never changed the sheets, which was terrible, and they guaranteed a charge of 200 US dollars in cash. The cleaning and breakfast were awful.

It was a nice stay, but the commute was a problem.
