Very beautiful accommodation, rooms were renovated with silent air conditioning and the area is very quiet! The breakfast hall on the 4th floor is wonderful. Excellent breakfast! Reception staff are very friendly and helpful! There is a parking lot directly behind the hotel, and we were even allowed to leave our car there after check‑out. It’s only a 5‑10 minute walk to the lake. Everything was wonderful!

The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, and the three extra pillows I’d requested by email were already waiting when I arrived – excellent. The air‑conditioning worked, the blackout curtains were effective, the TV was decent, the bathroom huge and spotless, and the breakfast lounge offered a striking panoramic view; I also mentioned my dairy allergy in advance and they took it into account, which I appreciated. On the downside, the desk seating consisted of two wooden cubes rather than proper chairs, the bathroom had no shelf or surface to place items, the towels were awkward with one hook for two pieces and the toilet roll was just laid on the radiator, and there was no soundproofing at all, making light sleepers struggle. The vegan breakfast options were almost non‑existent – only one brioche (the last of three), a juice and a coffee – and the overuse of plastic fake plants clashed with the beautiful scenery. I complained at reception about the lack of vegan choices but got no solution, and the breakfast price didn’t match what was actually offered. We ate two pizzas and a hamburger, which was great value, but the service was lacking: I asked for a second bottle of ice‑cold water and got one that was only lukewarm, requested ice for three people and received just four cubes, the two pizzas arrived together but the hamburger showed up fifteen minutes later – a table should be served all at once. The service felt rather neglectful, probably due to understaffing, so I’d suggest increasing staff numbers.
