We wholeheartedly agree with the glowing reviews – our overnight stay at this onsen was an entirely unique experience that we would recommend to everyone without reservation. The rooms and the building are atmospheric and charming, the dinner and breakfast are lovingly prepared and delicious, and Akira and Yumi are warm, wonderful hosts. Their attention to detail is evident everywhere. The baths also have a very pleasant atmosphere. We would stay here again and again; thank you for everything!

It was a cozy, warm, and kind place. The owner’s family were lovely, inviting, and kind. The owner spoke very patiently with me and we shared movies that we were interested in. This place really is a labour of love. The breakfast, cooked by his family, is delicious and fills the soul. The onsen are as hot as you need (43 degrees C) and the rooms were SO comfortable. Kindness and Warmth are what this place runs on. Forget Shibu Ryokans. Come here! My wife and I would be coming back to this place because we loved EVERYTHING.
