The spot couldn't be better – right in the heart of everything. The staff were genuinely the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered at a hotel, and the meals they served were simply delightful.
Location was the only thing that really stood out in a positive way. The restaurant's menu was pretty thin, the staff were friendly but seemed to rely on the receptionist to handle things, and on top of that the jacuzzi, elevator, and balcony door were all out of order.
The location was fantastic, with clean, beautiful air and stunning surroundings. Inside, however, the suite was freezing; the heater was only turned on five minutes before we got there, leaving us in jackets for two hours, and with just a single heater we had to cut our stay short and leave a day early.
The room was spotless and just a short walk from the ski lifts, which was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the restaurant's cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the window in our room was cracked, and the terrace railings looked like they might give way at any moment.
The hotel sits in a nice area and the rooms are decent, with the restaurant serving fairly tasty dishes. Still, the service feels lax – we arrived right at check‑in time and waited ninety minutes for a room with no apology or offered drink, and later the young staff were blasting music late into the night right under the balconies.
