Everything was perfect, the hotel staff service was 10/10, the apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked everything.

I liked the size of the room, the parking, the sports court, and the fact that the hotel provides balls. The room is large but very old and needs a renovation and update; even the lock is old. The kitchen is good but lacks a cooktop and utensils. The flush is bad, the TV is broken, and the filter has bad water. The safe has a weak battery, and they didn’t clean the room even after I asked. There are no activities for children; only the bar pool has a better temperature. The food is repetitive and very simple. The lounge is always very crowded. The hotel has no coffee or water in the lobby or any corner.
