Nothing good. No Wi‑Fi, water stopped and when it returned the water was brown and dirty for two days. After 18:00 there was no reception, only an emergency phone number that nobody answered. The bedside light couldn't be turned off, there was only one chair for two people. We stayed at six hotels on Phuket Island; this was the most expensive and most disappointing.

The apartment was fine if you just want to sleep. The reception wasn't always available, so checking in was difficult, and there was no prior email with check‑in instructions.
