A unique spot with special décor. We stayed in the tower—fun, but not very practical. The water pressure is nonexistent, making a shower a challenge. The AC is undersized for the room size. The attached restaurant is good, but the service could be better. Overall, a nice experience. AC is too small. Water pressure is almost non-existent.

Large, functional rooms with storage, a water fountain, a great little restaurant downstairs with a good selection and reasonable prices, and real coffee! The staff are adorable, present, and attentive. Beware of the part of the building above the reception: the rooms are not renovated, the windows are old, and the traffic noise at night is hellish. Bring earplugs. Otherwise, unbeatable value for money.

The staff were great, but the garden room didn’t quite meet my expectations.

I liked the good location, the restaurant, the pool, and the real value for money; the place was clean, comfy, welcoming, and had a pleasing aesthetic that made me feel like I was in Italy—homey and exquisite, and Gabby’s Bistro served excellent food. I was working while traveling, so I needed a solid internet connection, but the speed was only about 10 mbps; Smart had good reception here, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I also didn’t like that our room was somehow connected to another room via a locked door—our neighboring guests were loud and kept knocking on that door, which was annoying, and they moved the beds, making noise; there was also a lot of chatter outside from linen staff.
