Comfort Inn Blackpool Gresham

The location was great for what we needed. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was EXTREMELY overpriced!!!! The carpets were very worn and dirty. The furniture was significantly worn, damaged and poor quality. The fixtures were cheap and poorly fitted. The windows were difficult to shut. The TV was very old and poor quality. The bed had stains on the cover. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. You could hear everything through the walls and floors (I thought up above us were going to end up in bed with us!). The shower room was extremely small and difficult to get in the shower as it was so small and the shower rail kept falling off as you showered! The noise from outside kept us up until early hours. We went to breakfast in the morning and swerved it as it was terrible continental crap. Very disappointed to pay over 90£ as could of stayed in a much nicer hotel for that!

“Enjoyed the location only. Not worth the price.”

The location was excellent for Winter Gardens and Blackpool Tower. The breakfast was awful. Find yourself the cheapest poorest croissants if you can but when they run out, there’s no more. Coffee was awful. Service was lacking. Rooms and common areas need TLC.

The bed was comfy. The room was very dirty, but the pillows were rock hard also. Breakfast was the worst I've ever had in a hotel.

It’s close to the Winter Gardens, but there are an incredible number of stairs.

“Clean and perfectly located”

The location was perfect for the event I attended. The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and there was a nice bar area and breakfast room, though I didn’t use them because I was busy with the event. The Wi‑Fi was excellent. I would have liked stronger water pressure and flow in the shower.
