Hotel Gregoriana

The location was very good—about an 8‑minute walk to the Trevi and a minute to the Spanish Steps. I took the bus a lot while in Rome, and it was central to public transit as well. I felt very safe there and liked having someone at the front desk. The hotel responded quickly via WhatsApp, which I appreciated. I also loved the free slippers! The room was a little small, but as a solo traveler it was fine.

“Great location, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff.”

The hotel sits right next to Piazza di Spagna, the room was pleasant with AC that worked well, and the breakfast was superb. Nothing else to add.

“Stayed here a number years ago and loved it Not so much this time.Give it a miss on my next trip.”

The location is great and the breakfast was good, and the room‑service staff were friendly. However, the reception desk felt unwelcoming, entry was difficult with no help, and the old‑world charm appears to have slipped away.

“Excelente lugar, muy céntrico.”

The single room was very good, had a safe for your belongings, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive, always helping with questions. Breakfast ran from 7:30‑10:30 am, offering a basket of bread, coffee, ham and cheeses; extras like eggs and juice were extra‑charge, but the prices were very fair. Service was always excellent, truly a place I recommend that respects privacy and is super central, 10 min walk to Trevi Fountain, 30 min to the Colosseum. No iron was provided, but that was not inconvenient at all.

“Boutique hotel with friendly staff.”

The breakfast didn't follow the American style and a few items cost extra. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
