The hotel was clean and looked nice, but the price is too high for this type of hotel, the room is too small, breakfast is good and for the price it should be excellent. Also, it is located very near Bascarsija but right next to the huge cemetery.

Smjestaj, cistoca i polozaj je u skladu sa opisanim. Zainteresovanost personala je jako losa Dorucak je trebao biti od 7.00 Posto je konobar kasnio dobili smo ga tek oko pola osam i to ne u potpunosti( bez kafe😓) Bez nekog velikog izvinjenja, za mene neshvatljivo! Tako nesto sam prvi put dozivjela Moram reci da je cjena smjestaja na visokom nivo i u tom slucaju ocekujem isti taj!

The location is great, but I cannot recommend this hotel! I left my AirPods at checkout and realized it the same day. I wrote to them asking if they had found my earphones—they did. Then the drama started. They said they would check with the post office how much it would cost to send them back. After following up a couple of times, they said the post office needed the weight and value of the earphones, so I gave both. After having to follow up again (even though they said they would contact me ASAP) they suddenly told me the post office could not send them?! Huh?! First they asked for weight and value, then they said they can’t send it?! Yeah, sure… Never saw my AirPods again… While I stayed, the AC was not working, so I had to switch rooms and instead of letting me stay in that (same category) room, I had to pack up again and move again… not very customer‑oriented. I was right next to the reception, so I heard every conversation… there were also other guests complaining about hot water when they flushed the toilet…

The hotel is new and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful. The dinner restaurant was underserved even though the meals were amazing, and they do not serve wine or beer.

The location is top, the rooms are modern, but the breakfast is unfortunately not up to the rest of the hotel. It’s at most a 2‑star level. The selection is far too limited and the buffet is not well presented. It doesn’t match the rest. The dinner was also a pure disappointment. The menu sounds good, but the taste and quality are not at a good level.
