I had an exceptional time in Mallorca; both restaurants were outstanding, especially the carpaccio, and breakfast was delivered to our room and beautifully arranged just for us. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, and we could enjoy sea activities.

The building was beautiful, but the rooms were damp, the AC didn't work, and the squeaky fan had to be turned off to sleep.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, with its beautiful property and fantastic staff. The food and service were excellent, and the restaurants were stunning. However, I was disappointed by the small pool and beach areas, which offered little to do. The pool was also crowded with loud couples, making it difficult to relax, so I spent most of my time at the palapa above our room. Although our room was gorgeous, it had a musty smell, but requesting a dehumidifier solved the issue.
