I had no positives to mention. I arrived to find no room available, the place was dirty, and I waited three hours while a young clerk fumbled around; it was late, so I had to book elsewhere. They gave me a receipt stating no charge, but I want to confirm I wasn’t billed.

Breakfast was decent, probably below average. The TV remote didn’t work, so I had to ask the front desk for help, and the air‑conditioner was a bit difficult to set to the desired temperature.
