“Toda una decepción”
The only thing that was usable was the games to play with my nephew, and they were in bad condition, making it one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I found hair on the sheets the first night and had to sleep on the bed every day because, even though I mentioned it, they ignored me and refused to change the sheets, claiming they don’t change them once you’re in the room, yet the hair had been there from previous guests. The woman said everything was washed, but the hair was still in the dryer… disgusting anyway. On top of that, the nighttime noise was terrible: you could hear every car passing outside the hotel and all the people going up to the second floor, since the staircase and second‑floor floor are made of wood. Breakfast was very basic. The car had to be parked on the street, and if there was no space you had to park on the sidewalk next to the international road. Totally disappointing. They gave me a discount at checkout because of the situation, but after three months I had to review another hotel, and this one popped up again, so I decided to leave a review. Now I'm in another country and I don’t want foreigners to have a bad experience with the local hospitality, so I’ll just leave everything noted.
