The room was clean, quiet, and the receptionist—a very polite woman—offered coffee or tea right away and showed me everything in the room. The hotel’s “quest” entrance is confusing; anyone with a Georgian number can call the owner, who will sort it out. The shower lacks a curtain.

Hot water didn’t come on properly, making showering difficult. When we mentioned it to the staff woman, she replied, “If you don’t like it, don’t stay.” She was far from hospitable, and the room was never cleaned.

There’s no proper road to the entrance—you have to lift your luggage on your head to get in. We were welcomed warmly and the key card was handed over; accessing the ground‑floor rooms was easy. Inside, the barroom toilet had urine on the commode that hadn’t been cleaned before I got the room. After a shower, the bathroom drain was clogged and didn’t clear even when I returned that evening. The shower was broken. The next day, no hot water until the last day because of gas work, as the receptionist explained. It was a bitter experience.

Check‑in took a long time, the room didn’t match the description, so I don’t recommend it.
