The staff were very helpful, especially the free shuttle taxi drivers. Nothing really stood out, but it served its purpose and did that well enough.

Stains on the furniture and floor. The airport shuttle driver was smoking inside the van when he picked us up, and the sliding side door didn’t close all the way.

The people are awesome, the breakfast terrific, your shuttle service and driver the best.

I appreciated the friendly staff and the free breakfast, even though it was basic, and the airport transfer worked great. The place was far from the city center, but the transfer made it convenient. The smell was a bit odd, but most hotels with carpets have that scent.

We requested a lower level due to difficult stairs and they complied; the evening shuttle driver was prompt and helpful. In the morning, the shuttle driver sat inside the van, had us load our luggage in the pouring rain, and didn’t step out to assist with unloading at the train station.
