“Same hotel as 5 wood hotel and guesthouse”

The breakfast was decent and the rooms were spacious, yet the hotel actually goes by the name 5 Wood Hotel and the address is confusing; staff insisted on cash at arrival and tried to escort us to an ATM, but we paid by card as booked. The place needs basic fixes—shelves keep falling off the wall and the so-called spa is just a small old pool that costs extra.

The spot is great and the breakfasts taste good, but the spa area was filthy with slippers lying around, trash everywhere, cloudy pool water, no soap in the shower, and we could only use the hammam.

Достаточно хорошие завтраки. Очень вкусный сыр, яйца разных видов, овощи, блинчики. Бутилированная вода в свободном доступе. Хамам отличный, сауну не дождались, когда нагреется, но после 20.00 платно. Кофе как и везде в Узбекистане невкусный. Номер как будто не убирали, но потом заметили, что всё же убрали урну и нужное полотенце (не поменял на новое). Окно есть, но высоко и заделано наглухо пластиковым затемненым листом, что по факту окна нет. При заселении просят наличку

It’s close to the metro station, a 10‑minute walk, a quiet area, and near attractions, but the room was on the first floor with a window facing the wall of a neighboring building, so there was no view.

I was only satisfied with the hammam, which is included in the price until 8 pm, and the location is good. The room was awful, tiny, with a shower stall that leaked heavily, flooding the whole bathroom. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and small, so you can’t sleep well. We didn’t try to test it further and left the same day. I also didn’t like that the reception quoted a higher price than what was in the booking.
