The garden setting feels a bit secluded yet family‑friendly. We stayed in the off‑season and had the entire finca to ourselves, complete with a flawless 5‑star service from Will and Jairo. They offered great activity suggestions, helped with arrangements, and were the go‑to contact for everything. The accommodation is lovely for relaxing, the beds are good, everything is spotless—truly a dream. The downside is that there isn’t much to do within walking distance, so you need to arrange transport; but they assist with that too, bringing and picking up a motorcycle or ATV to the finca.

“Fantastische plek met goede vibes!”

Fantastic place with a good vibe, friendly owners and staff, and an ideal base for exploring Ometepe. Because we were a family of five we took the dormitory, which meant the toilet/shower was outside, making evenings and nights a bit uncomfortable.

The place is absolutely great and wonderful. It strikes the best balance between comfort and simple living in nature. The jungle and garden are just beautiful, and it’s amazing for kids too. The food is also great and very fresh. The project is amazing, thanks to very nice and welcoming owners. It’s a must‑visit not only in Nicaragua but one of the best destinations in Central America.

We spent three nights at Finca Mystica and absolutely loved it, ranking it among our top spots in Nicaragua. Meeting the owners and their family was a highlight, and hearing the story behind the finca made the place feel full of love, care, and respect for the surrounding nature. The setting is tranquil, gorgeous, and teeming with wildlife—we even spotted monkeys! Their personal attention lifted the experience: they answered every question, organized a quad for us, and even arranged a local woman to do my girlfriend’s nails. It’s a truly special spot with genuine soul, and we’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Ometepe. ❤️

Everything! We were so well looked after. The gardens are beautiful, the food excellent and the staff so friendly. The hosts were so welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for activities and the finca is in a perfect spot on Ometepe
