We liked the older lady at reception the most; she was kind and helpful. The room was clean.

We didn't order breakfast, so that wasn't relevant. The staff were courteous and we chatted pleasantly.

The staff were pleasant. The hallway map tries to convince you that Slovakia belongs to Hungary.
