The location was good, but there were roaches.

The bed, dresser, bath facilities, and stairs were all disappointing.

I could get onto the freeway in no time, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired – the tub was filthy, full of hair and had a black ring all around it.

“rooms need to be throughly clean and tissue n toilet tissue need to be available when staying more thank 2 days… we hate”

The location and flexibility were positives, but the room wasn’t fully clean. Yesterday and before that the bathroom tub had hair and a black ring; I complained to Richard, the night front‑desk clerk, who was rude and wouldn’t give me the right contact for the housekeeping supervisor. I called again just before checkout, and Jennifer, the morning front‑desk clerk, took my number and said she’d inform the owner to call me back, but I haven’t heard from anyone yet.
