We had a great stay in Rome; the hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro station, which made daily public‑transport trips around Rome convenient. The surrounding area had all the essentials—restaurants, supermarkets, etc.—so even though the room didn’t have a kitchen, it didn’t bother us at all. The security felt solid: you had to pass through several gates—first the building’s outer door, then a glass door, the elevator, the hotel’s own gate, and finally the room door—so we felt very safe during our stay. I especially want to thank the front‑desk staff on the check‑in day for being enthusiastic, friendly, and patient; they carefully explained how to use each key, how to enter the building, how to take the elevator, and how to use the room’s amenities, leaving a great first impression. The room was on a high floor, so it was very quiet at night with almost no noise. The bed and linens were the best I’ve had on my trip, making both nights in Rome restful, which is crucial when traveling. There was a small balcony that we liked; the daylight was good, and the view from the balcony added a vacation feel to the room. The minibar and other in‑room facilities were well stocked for everyday needs. The neighbourhood around the hotel felt safe, and the nearby metro station meant it was easy to head out during the day or return at night. All in all, a very satisfying experience: convenient transport, quiet and comfortable room, good security, and warm, friendly staff, especially the comfortable bed and linens that gave us a good rest in Rome’s final days. I would choose this place again if I ever visit Rome.
