Breakfast was more than generous, with a lively, joking staff who were very helpful. The spa was lovely and relaxing, and the evening entertainment was nice. However, I wanted to have the massages advertised on the website, but they were out of service upon arrival. The kids’ area was basically always closed, and the instructor was always in the bar; when we asked if our daughter could play in the play area, the answer was no. The children’s service was very poor, especially for the little ones—although parents were supervising, they still couldn’t access the area. The free travel card promised in the stay, as stated on the site, was charged 4 euros per person. Dinner was of average quality, with almost nonexistent service and prices that seemed excessive to me. The bathroom in the room had a persistent odor of death. There was no fridge in the room to keep the babies’ milk. The housekeeping was discreet, leaving a lot of dust, and the floor near the window was broken and uneven. It’s absurd that a 3‑star hotel doesn’t have hot/cold water mixers; the spray was sometimes hot, sometimes icy. They charged me the tourist tax after I had spent more than 900 euros and had signed up for an offer that said “included in the price.” Will we return? Certainly not.

The rooms were comfortable and newly renovated, the breakfast was excellent, and the wellness center and mini‑club for families were highly appreciated.
