“Een warm welkom bij een centraal gemoedelijk hostel.”
The staff were very friendly and helped us a lot with our first stay in Mexico. Breakfast was delicious in the morning, with plenty of Mexican and sweet options. We had a great time here! The hygiene could have been better. Overall it was fine, but if you look closely—especially in the bathroom—the walls next to the toilet were mainly dirty. Too bad because the room looked nice.
The room was spacious and well‑furnished, comfortable in the center and near the beach. The staff were not always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very confusing; depending on the waiter, we were given different menu options that weren’t ours. The bar never had water.

Great location, very close to downtown Cancun and the ferry to Isla Mujeres. The building is clean and well‑maintained, and the staff are very friendly. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is a bit dated but still functional. Before leaving, a shower was provided but it lacked soap and a non‑slip mat, so I slipped. We requested a day tour for Saturday, but snorkeling wasn’t possible on Saturday or Sunday. The pool always had leaves in the water. From a 5‑star hotel I expected more polished services, but overall it was a positive experience.

The property has great potential, with a tasty pool (though small) and the idea of a spread-out hotel with cool snack spots and shops is very appealing. The staff are extremely kind and attentive. The towel service for the pool is excellent. The room wasn’t the one shown in the photos, and its size was quite limited. The bathroom was shabby and tiny (the bathroom door blocked the shower). The AC was quite noisy, and constant construction noises made morning wake‑ups and afternoon rest a bit difficult.
