“I was quite uncomfortable with everything.”

Checking in felt awkward because I couldn't understand the guy on the TV screen, and the elevator was out of service. Nobody was at the desk when we needed a few items, and although they said no dogs were allowed, we heard a dog barking. We asked for a queen bed but got a full instead. The shower curtain touched our feet and was moldy. There were no parking spots left, the waffle machine and juice machine didn't work, and there was no natural sugar or honey for tea. We’ll never stay here again. Our team of 85 rides the trail lots, and we will not be staying here again.

The location was good, within walking distance of many activities, and the room was comfortable. Check‑in and check‑out were handled by a remote attendant, which was fine, but I still prefer a personal interaction with a desk attendant.

I would have liked a live person for virtual check‑in and check‑out. There are no amenities offered, and the air conditioning does not have a fan option to drown out the noise from the room next door, where people were partying all night. With no live desk agent to call, I couldn't report the issue. Parking was limited, and after an evening event in a not‑so‑great area, having nowhere to park was not ideal.

“I would use this hotel again”

The property was clean and conveniently located, and the staff were polite. I didn't mind the trains running right by the hotel, but if you are a light sleeper, it might be problematic.

The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. The refrigerator made a low humming noise, like a fire alarm; shaking it a little stopped it, but it started again during the night and shaking didn't work. I had to unplug it, which totally ruined our sleep.
