“Not worth the money would t stay again”
The room was filthy, with dirty floors and tiles covered in stray hairs, dirt, and debris along the baseboards; the carpets were so grimy we had to keep our socks on, and a strong, awful odor forced us to keep the windows open all day and night. Walls and ceilings had visible cracks and damage, showing poor maintenance. Only two towels, one washcloth, and no extra blankets were provided. The coffee maker was broken and overflowed water onto the counter, and there were no ice buckets; staff handed us a garbage bag to collect ice from the machine. When we asked for a room change, the staff flatly refused, saying we had already brought our belongings inside.
