“Great stay!”

The staff is consistently professional and welcoming, but the price feels steep.

We stayed in a newly renovated motel with very friendly staff, yet it fell far short of what we expected. We had no idea it was a motel; the rooms were just renovated motel rooms. While we were there, the roof was still under construction, with work starting at 6:45am each day. The AC in our first room didn’t work, so we had to move. The second AC caused my boyfriend to feel sick because of a moldy smell that triggered his allergies. Every shower had stains, the linens were thin and cheap, and there was no breakfast—coffee ran out daily. The only real amenity outside the lobby was a nice patio. All rooms faced the parking lot, and the price was far too high for what it actually is.

On adore le Bluestem, on y revient à chacun de nos passages sur Los Angeles. On apprécie particulièrement le personnel, le parking gratuit et sécurisé, la propreté et le confort des chambres, l'emplacement de l'hôtel

“Very not bad”

I really appreciated how spotless everything was and that there was no carpet on the first floor. The shower gel and hand soap had a lovely lemongrass scent, and the gated area made me feel safe. The fireplace area was also beautiful. The only downside was the frosted glass bathroom door—at night the light seeps through and brightens the main room, making it hard for the other person to sleep, even with just the bathroom night light on.

The property was clean and quiet, with no noise after 9 pm.
