Loved buffet breakfast. Cathy and her team - particularly Andrea were amazing. Andrea had such attention to detail - remembering our coffee and even sugar preferences. Great way to start your day

Good room size, work desk placement could be improved. Lovely bathroom and shower and good views from room and balcony. Very noisy at night time, with curtains drawn and balcony doors closed there was really excessive noise from the surrounding pubs and clubs. We were 11 stories up and could tell which songs were playing until 3am each night of our stay. In the interst of honesty he hotel needs to improve it's soundproofing and.warn customers that there sleep will be disturbed until 3am. This didn't ruin our stay but it did have a significant impact on both nights
