The Premium Suite offers a garden view and is fully wheelchair‑accessible, with elevator access to the entire unit. It features a bed, wardrobe, sofa, dining table, desk, and a flat‑screen TV with cable and satellite channels, plus an electric kettle, minibar, and socket near the bed for convenience. The private bathroom includes a bathtub, hairdryer, slippers, towels and linens (extra fee), a safety deposit box, and air‑conditioning for added comfort.

“worst”
bad. Worst room service , telephone number for room service which was provided never picked up in entire stay, and morning breakfast is a mess they merged with other conference teams which spoiled huge rush of more than 200 people we need to wait more than 30 minutes get one slice of bread and omelete
Our stay was nice and clean, and the hotel was neat and tidy. We had a great time, and everything was just as we expected. It was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

I was really impressed with the friendly staff at this hotel - they were super helpful in the reception and the restaurant. However, I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom cleanliness, which was a bit of a letdown. The dirt and grime were visible on the mirror, and it would've been nice to have some tissues in the room. Also, I think the staff could do a better job of explaining the hotel's facilities to guests, which would've helped me get more out of my stay.

We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, but that's not a reflection on the hotel's food. The real issue was the noise from the street outside, which made it hard to sleep. It's a shame, because the location is great.
