The location is good, there’s a courtyard parking, a kitchen, and it’s warm, but there’s only one bathroom with a toilet on the floor, the room has no bathroom, and the English description was misleading.

I had good contact with the owner, managed to arrange an early check‑in (within a week of arrival), the location is great just a bit from the station, the décor is pretty interesting, and key pickup was convenient; if the place had the necessary repairs (as mentioned below) I’d probably come back if I needed accommodation in that area and price range, but in its current state I won’t stay again. The place has a lot of potential and with a little investment and better upkeep it could be great, but the present condition forces me to leave a negative review. Some areas are simply dirty, mold appears, and things are broken and unrepaired. In the room the lock on the door jammed so getting inside was a gamble each time; the curtain was torn and lay on the sill with a folded curtain, so there was no privacy—windows faced straight onto the opposite block. In the lower bathroom the whole ceiling was moldy, and in the upper one the flush button literally fell off the wall and had to be pulled manually to let water run. The upper terrace was littered with cigarette butts. The kitchen lacked basic cutlery like small spoons or even a regular knife; plus the whole property probably only has one hair dryer, which was missing and only appeared on the second day, even though it’s listed in the amenities. It’s a hostel, so I don’t expect hotel standards, just basic conditions, but adding a dryer or a few spoons would really improve the place, because the kitchen is there but too under‑equipped. The door can be locked but with difficulty; the bathroom water can be turned off, but it takes a bit of gymnastics. Mold is unacceptable and I see it as a health hazard regardless of price. As other reviews noted, the soundproofing isn’t great and you can hear everything that happens in the building (every door opening, etc.), but that didn’t bother me.

Brut was under the son’s bed—there was toilet paper and a towel, I think there was some sex where the toilet wasn’t cleaned, no one cleaned the dishes, no glasses were washed, everything was sticky, the bedding wasn’t changed, and it was cold.

I was close to the kitchen, the bathroom was decent, and the towels were fine. But there was a mold in the bathroom, the walls were thin so you could hear other guests, and the door to the room didn’t lock well.
