The staff were very friendly, the hotel restaurant was amazing with delicious food and a beautiful view, and the breakfast was great. We could use every amenity at the luxury hotel Camps Bay Retreat, which made the stay especially wonderful. We’d definitely return and highly recommend it.

The garden is beautifully integrated with a sea view, the retreat is lovely, and the restaurant is excellent. There are good sports options like a padel court and beach jogging, and the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. It’s perfect for relaxing by the pool or getting a massage. The room was very small with limited storage, and the double bed was only 1.40 m wide, not very spacious.

“Not as good as the Bay hotel where we stayed before. No warning of having to cross the bridge.”

The view was nice, but there was no communication about the accommodation. The room was small, check‑in took a long time, and the pizza took a long wait and wasn’t very good. Breakfast was not great.
