The mattress felt nasty, dirty, and looked like it was 20 years old, and the bathtub was filthy; the whole room seemed unclean, so I couldn’t even sleep there.

I requested a first‑floor room but was given the second floor; when I reported that the light fixtures were not working, I found two other guests ahead of me who were being checked in at the front desk and they received first‑floor rooms. Room 214 had non‑working lights over the bed and no bulb in the wall fixture; the bathroom door was missing its bottom hinge, with debris and a screw behind it, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. I’m unhappy that I only stayed one night and couldn’t get a refund for the 4th and 5th, even though I didn’t stay those dates.
