The place is well situated and they provide tea and coffee, which does the job. However, a power cord was stuck under the bed foot and was on fire (burn mark on the floor). They should specify the apartment number and floor because it’s hard to find (the only clue was a door handle different from the others). The shower is a bit small and the shower head needs replacing.

The location is good. The room space and the condition of the apartment are poor, old and rundown.

Breakfast could be better, but the location is very convenient for the Trastevere station.

The spot is close to Trastevere station. Bear in mind there’s no access until 3 p.m.; you’ll have to wait on the road in front of the building.

The location is fine and the owner is willing to change rooms. The building doesn’t match the photos, automatic check‑in is difficult, and finding the room is hard. It was 40 °C outside, the air‑conditioner is old and not working well.
