The location is great, but most front‑desk staff were cold, almost rude, and the restaurant staff were definitely rude.

The location at the beginning of the pedestrian zone is excellent. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good and varied.

The hotel is located at the very start of the city’s main street, offering a nice balcony view. The staff are pleasant, and the on‑site restaurant is good. Breakfast is hearty. There is a private parking outside the hotel at €15 per day. The beds are comfortable, there’s a fridge, TV, and the plumbing works fine. The lift is available. The room itself isn’t very large, but the balcony is a big plus.
