We stayed in the house, simple and rustic, for a week. The four rooms are large. The location is perfect, quiet, but 10 minutes by car from Valfabbrica for amenities and 30 minutes from Perugia, Assisi, and Gubbio. You can also reach the rest of Umbria easily: Spello, Spoleto, Todi… At the top of the Giomici hill, nights are always cool. The pool, large and very clean, is slightly downhill from the house. Anna Maria’s welcome was very warm.

“Beautiful old house with swimming pool. Picturesque location in greenery”

I loved the beautiful location, the wonderful swimming pool, the nice house, and the very helpful host. The lack of air conditioning made it hard to beat during heatwaves, and it would help to have basic cleaning supplies like waste bags in the house.

The property is set in green surroundings and offers a livable house with various comforts. I chose it for the pool, but on arrival I was told it wasn’t operational yet, even though it was already June, and I couldn’t find the barbecue.

Anna Maria is a very kind host, and the location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The apartment is very spacious and clean; air conditioning isn’t needed because the indoor temperature was good, though it was hot outside. The backyard has shaded spots to relax, and we really enjoyed the beautiful, large pool. I recommend this wonderful place.
