“A good place to stay for a few days.”
The place sits on one of Pula’s best streets, making it ideal for a few nights while seeing the city and its surroundings. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, welcoming us right away. Most of the furniture is quite old, the walls are in poor condition, and the bathroom feels like it hasn’t been renovated in decades; a full renovation would help. Only the beds are new and comfortable, which is fine for a short stay. The location is excellent, and you don’t need a car to explore Pula, as most main sights are within walking distance.
The location is good. There is no air conditioning. Parking is difficult. A ceramic heater was turned on, and we had to heat it again at 30 degrees.

The location is convenient but very noisy. I loved the AC, and the host is a great guy. The kitchen was very basic and bland. The place advertises grilling, but there is no grilling equipment or place to grill, which was the main reason I booked this spot.
The location and cleanliness are good. The furniture is very old and the whole décor feels like it’s from the 70s; it could use some refurbishment given the location and price.
