“Gunstige ligging verder niet bijzonder.”

The hotel sits a few minutes on foot from the metro station, surrounded by restaurants and shops. We booked a family room with a door between the two rooms, which was fine. There are better options nearby, though. I could hear the neighbors very clearly, which was quite annoying. The rooms need upkeep: the rainshower was under a layer of limescale and mold appeared in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t recommended; the simit and bread were stale, and there were many other breakfast choices nearby.

I appreciated the neighborhood’s nighttime vibe—busy yet safe—and its proximity to the metro line. The bed linens and towels were old, and the sofa had stains that could use a refresh.

Huge thanks to every staff member for their help during my three‑week stay; they were quick to respond to unexpected issues and swapped rooms without hassle. Everyone was friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made me feel at home and less lonely. The location is superb—metro and public transport bring you almost anywhere, and cafés, pharmacies, shops, and the Lotus and Cevahir Shopping Malls are all close by. Breakfasts were tasty and a great way to start the day. After three weeks, the hotel almost felt like a second home, and I would gladly return.
