“El servicio podría ser mejor.. Es un hermoso hotel pero si. La a la”
The spot is great, the house has that heroic charm. But the staff? Not so good. We sat by the pool for hours with no one to help, and when someone finally came it took an hour to get a tray of cocktails at 11 am. Honestly, the price‑to‑experience ratio just doesn’t add up.
Stuck in the heart of Cartagena and the stay was beautiful. The only gripe: there were no water refilling stations, so we had to keep buying bottles.
