The prices for food and drinks were quite reasonable, yet I was disappointed by everything else: excessive lighting, no outlet to charge my phone, a drink I ordered was never served and I was charged for it at check‑out, loud noise from the kitchen near my suite, the staff didn’t even know my reservation when I arrived, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the breakfast was awful.

The room was clean, reasonably priced, and the receptionist was very friendly, but the pizza I ordered took far too long, looked terrible when it arrived, and I had to return it; there’s also no outlet near the bed.
