There was a bus stop right before the entrance, but the bed was uncomfortable.
The hotel is a bit off‑center but only a few steps from the metro. The room is very spacious with a walk‑in wardrobe. Breakfast is abundant and varied. The hallway is cleaned daily. If I ever return to Vienna, I would choose this hotel again. The staff are friendly and kind.

The mattresses and fresh sheets were excellent, and knowing breakfast would be ready in the morning made our nights even more relaxing. Arriving very late in the pre‑dawn hours after flight delays and a train‑bus detour caused by construction, the front‑desk receptionist at Hotel Caroline turned the situation into smiles and understanding, making our stay a joy. Don’t miss the chance to stay with them!
