The gentleman was very friendly and helped me explore Palermo; the room was lovely, the hotel overall was beautiful, and I enjoyed my stay. There were no complaints.

The service, cleanliness, and location were all excellent. Everything matched the booking description perfectly.

The hotel feels super cozy and nice, the photos don’t do it justice. The bedroom was rustic and beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very polite and nice. The only issue was the shower: water pressure was low and it was hard to set the temperature. Sometimes the water would get cold and when we adjusted it it would become extremely hot. Other than that, everything was great.
