“Budget option in the heart of Cartagena”
The service team was very attentive, polite, and did their best to help. The location is really good. However, I had two very different experiences with this hotel. The first room I stayed in was horrible: it faced the inner courtyard with constant light, the bed had hair from previous guests, the air conditioning dripped on my head, the bathroom had no ventilation, and termites ate the toilet paper. I asked for a new room and, after some resistance, they moved me to an annex house at street level. That room had far fewer problems, but because it was on the street I could hear all the noise, which continued until almost midnight.

The place sits right in the heart of the old town, which is spot on, but you can hear everything, so it’s a bit noisy.
The stay was honest, the accommodation is perfect, location is perfect, close to everything, rooms are a good size, with air conditioning, rooms are cleaned daily, the shower is good with hot water, the hospitality is unmatched (everyone very friendly), I didn’t like the first room and asked to change, they responded immediately, breakfast was great, coffee with milk, yogurt and granola are free, you can choose the breakfast options à la carte and all are excellent, I stayed 3 nights and wanted more, book without fear!

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are super spacious, very comfortable, the beds are excellent, breakfast is full, A/C works properly which is essential in Cartagena, they stored our luggage for several days, and the location is great.

The spot is very well located, it has powerful air conditioning which is a must in Cartagena, we booked the night before and the quality‑price ratio is great, the towels and sheets were clean but the apartment felt a bit dirty because the sofa had questionable stains, yet for the price it’s fine!
