The room was lovely, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had a problem with our room that was resolved quickly (the hotel was not at fault). The manager personally ensured we were satisfied, and the customer service was excellent. We slept well and felt well taken care of. Nothing else to add; the issues were sorted quickly.

The location was perfect for the racecourse and the evening, but the outside air units made a constant low‑level hum that was very disturbing.

Breakfasts were very good, Location was very good for our stay, everything was within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Couldn't find anything to dislike during our short stay
